ITIL® Version 2 provides effective best

implemented in a wide range of organisations across the private
and public sectors in the UK, and internationally, for many
years.

With the introduction of
Version 3, it’s important to stress that V2 certifications
are still valid and continue to be offered by the examining
bodies and QA-IQ. The indication is that these will be
withdrawn at some future date when market demand has
reduced and transferred to the new ITIL V3. We will make
sure that our customers have significant advance notice of
any changes, and that we are able to answer any queries on
this at any time.
